Joy Carpets’ rugs feature Stainmaster premium continuous filament nylon for easy cleaning and long life. High-twist fiber is heat set to improve rug performance, making it abrasion resistant and minimizing crushing.  SoftFlex backing eliminates wrinkles and allows the carpet to lie flat without curling.  In addition, the backing includes Impervion additive to protect against bacteria, microbes, and odor.  Rugs are injection dyed utilizing a state of the art process at 400 dpi to ensure maximum clarity and resistance against fading and discoloration. Joy Carpets’ rugs are Green Label Plus certified, exceeding IAQ criteria and standards established by California High Performance Schools (CHPS). The fiber is made of type 6,6 nylon, which is caprolactam free and exceeds California reference exposure levels.
